Career Services Clearance Requirements

For Graduating Seniors Only

All graduating seniors must have a profile (including resume) completed on

All graduating seniors must complete a Senior Exit Survey through the Career Services Center.

If you have received one of the following (OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT or OFFER OF GRAD SCHOOL ACCEPTANCE), you DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE ITEM 4 BELOW), YOU ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE ITEMS 1 AND 2 ABOVE AND EMAIL A COPY OF EITHER YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR EMPLOYMENT LETTER TO careerservices@073455.com.

A NEW Offer Letter of Employment for a career AFTER graduation

If you can produce an Official Offer Letter indicating an offer of employment, the title of the position, the salary and start date from your future employer, the offer letter will serve as the waiver for the modules. Student can then obtain a clearance signature and not have to attend professional development modules. This also applies to those who will be commissioned for the Army. (Graduates in the Extended Studies program who are already employed, please send an email with your place of employment and position title only This serves as an exemption from attending the professional development workshops noted in Item 4.)

An Acceptance Letter to attend Graduate School

If you can produce an Official Acceptance Letter indicating an acceptance, the name of the program, and intended enrollment date/semester from your university of choice, the offer letter will serve as the waiver for the modules. Student can then obtain a clearance signature and not have to attend professional development modules.

In the absence of secured employment or graduate school acceptance, student must have attended two professional development workshops / sessions / events during Senior year. This can include a combination of any TWO of the sessions as noted: 

Career Fairs (SAU, HBCU CDM, CIAA, ENCCA)

Graduate School Fair

Workshop Series session during Fall or Spring Semester

Seminars hosted by Career Services Center

Industry workshops available through Career Services link (provide proof of registration)
